Anything inside the consumer-side electrical envelope, in line with Kahramaa Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation rules. We do NOT touch the utility meter seal or street-side infrastructure. That is Kahramaa's remit, and we will not jeopardise your connection.

How the visit goes

Walk-through
Pro inspects the affected circuit / room, confirms the customer's description, photographs the area.

Quote
Itemised quote in the app: labour + materials + travel. Approve to proceed.

Work
Clean cut-outs, neat conduit, all live circuits double-tested. We do not splice with tape; only proper Wago / lever connectors or crimps.

Documentation
Updated DB labels left in place. Photos of any concealed work uploaded to the job record for your future reference.
