1. Who we are
Domiraqo is operated by Domiraqo LLC, registered with the Qatar Financial Centre Authority under QFC #01418, with registered office at Tower 1, 12th floor, Marina District, Lusail, Qatar.
We connect customers with QID-verified home-services professionals (marketplace verticals) and directly employ cleaning staff on the Domiraqo LLC payroll (managed cleaning vertical). All services are currently delivered in Doha, Qatar; future expansion into the wider Gulf and South Asia will operate under affiliated entities established at the time of launch in each market.
2. Account & identity
You need a mobile number that can receive SMS (Qatari +974, or any number capable of receiving an international OTP) to use Domiraqo. We verify the number by SMS one-time-password. You are responsible for keeping your phone secure.
We will ask for a full name on first use so professionals can address you properly. You can update it at any time from the profile screen.
3. Booking and cancellation
When you book, you accept that a professional may take up to 45 minutes to arrive in active Doha districts, and somewhat longer in adjacent areas served on request.
You can cancel free of charge before a professional accepts the job. After acceptance, a cancellation fee of QAR 15 applies. This fee is paid entirely to the professional for their time.
If the professional does not arrive within 90 minutes of the agreed slot, you receive an automatic full refund and the next available professional is dispatched.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted by the professional in QAR before any work starts. You see the quote in the app and approve it before the work begins. There are no hidden additions; additional scope requires a new quote and your approval.
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, NaqdiKi, Q-Pay, or cash. Card payments are processed through a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway operated by Checkout.com. Pre-payment is required only for managed-cleaning monthly plans, where we pay the cleaner's salary regardless of your individual visits.
5. Guarantee
Every job carries a 6-month workmanship cover. If the same issue recurs within six months, the original worker returns and fixes it at no charge.
Parts retain their manufacturer warranty. Misuse, normal wear, or third-party tampering void the cover.
6. Disputes
Open a dispute in the app within 7 days of a job. Our team responds within 24 hours and resolves within 72 hours.
Where the worker is at fault, you are refunded fully or the work is redone, your choice.
Where the customer is at fault, the worker keeps the agreed fee. We do not arbitrate between customers and workers without a clear factual basis.
7. Acceptable behaviour
Domiraqo enforces a zero-tolerance harassment policy. Verbal abuse, sexual harassment, or violence by either customer or worker results in immediate account suspension and a report to the Qatar Ministry of Interior where appropriate.
Customers who repeatedly cancel without good reason, or who refuse to pay, will be suspended.
8. Liability
We carry public-liability insurance up to QAR 200,000 per incident for damage caused by an on-platform professional in the course of work, underwritten by QIC International. Cover and underwriter details are available on request.
Pre-existing faults uncovered (e.g. corroded pipes that fail during a connected repair) are not our liability, but we will help document the issue for your insurer.
9. Account closure
You can close your account at any time by tapping Profile → Close account, or by emailing support@domiraqo.com. We delete personal data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it (e.g. tax records for completed jobs under Qatar tax law).
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes get an in-app notice 14 days before they take effect. Minor clarifications take effect on publication.
