Booking & dispatch
+How quickly does a pro arrive after I book?
For marketplace bookings (AC, electrical, plumbing), the average is 22 minutes in The Pearl and West Bay, 26–30 minutes across Lusail, the Marina District, and Al Sadd, and 30–40 minutes in Al Wakrah and Education City. Managed cleaning bookings are scheduled, not on-demand.
+Can I pick the specific pro?
Yes. When you have had a pro before, you can re-book them by name. New customers see quotes from multiple verified pros and pick.
+What if the pro doesn't show up?
It's rare (our no-show rate is 1.4%). If it happens, you're refunded automatically and the next available pro is dispatched. The original pro is suspended pending investigation.
+Can I cancel after booking?
Yes, free of charge up until a pro accepts the job. After acceptance there is a small cancellation fee (QAR 15) that goes entirely to the worker for their time.
Pricing & payment
+How are prices set?
Workers send you a fixed quote before they arrive. You see all the quotes and pick. There are no hidden additions during the job unless you authorise extra scope.
+How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, NaqdiKi, Q-Pay, or cash. Pay in the app or on completion, whichever you prefer. All card payments are processed through a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway operated by Checkout.com.
+Do you take a deposit?
No deposit for marketplace jobs. Managed maid bookings require pre-payment because we run the payroll for the cleaner.
Guarantees & quality
+What's covered by the guarantee?
Six months of workmanship cover. If the same problem comes back, the same pro returns and fixes it at no charge. Parts have their manufacturer warranty in addition.
+How do I raise a complaint?
In the app, open the job and tap "Report a problem". Our dispute team responds within 24 hours. If the worker was at fault, you're refunded and the worker is held accountable.
+Are all workers police-cleared?
Yes. QID + selfie verification, a Ministry of Interior Good Conduct Certificate at onboarding, and a re-verification every quarter. The badge on each pro's profile shows the latest check.

+Which Doha districts do you serve?
Active today: The Pearl, Lusail, West Bay, Marina District, Al Sadd, Al Wakrah, and Education City. New districts are added when local ops capacity is ready.
+Do you operate outside Doha?
Not yet. Today we are a Doha-only operation, focused on running the seven active districts to a premium standard before expanding. Gulf cities (Riyadh, Dubai, Abu Dhabi) are on the 2027 operational roadmap; South Asia entry (Karachi, Mumbai, Bengaluru) is under evaluation for 2027–28.
+When will you expand?
We grow by neighbourhood, not by flag. Each new market launches only when an in-market ops team is ready to hold our service standard from day one. Drop your number on the Contact page if you want a heads-up when we open in your city.
+Will the quality standard be the same when you expand?
Yes. That is the explicit precondition for launch. Same verification process, same six-month workmanship guarantee, same complaint SLA, same audit checks. Every field manager, in every market, will report into the same head of operations in Doha.

+Is there a fee to join?
No application or onboarding fee. Workers pay only the 12% commission per job (capped at QAR 30). Optional tool financing is at 0% interest.
