Professional verification
Every professional is identity-verified before going live: Qatar ID (QID) plus a valid work permit allowing the trade, selfie match against the QID photo, a Ministry of Interior Good Conduct Certificate, an in-person interview with our field manager at the Doha office, and a skill test on a controlled job scenario.
We additionally verify sponsorship status to ensure the right to work, and require a valid trade-skill certificate from the Qatar Ministry of Labour, Kahramaa, or QCDD as applicable to the trade.
Re-verification every quarter: QID re-confirmed, latest behavioural reviews considered, any complaints reviewed.
At the door
Professionals arrive in a Domiraqo uniform (clean teal polo + ID lanyard). The app shows you their name, photo, ID number, and rating before they reach you.
If the person at the door does not match what the app shows, do not let them in. Call +974 4012 1011 immediately.
During the visit
You are always free to ask the professional to wait outside while you confirm something. They will not take it personally; it is part of how they are trained.
For women-only households, you can request a female cleaner or technician at booking. If we cannot accommodate, we will not send a male without confirming.
In-app calls and messages between you and the professional are recorded for safety. Audio is retained for 7 days, then permanently deleted unless required for an active dispute.
Harassment policy
Verbal abuse, sexual harassment, or threats by either party result in immediate account suspension. We work with the Qatar Ministry of Interior on any case where a report is appropriate.
If you experience anything, please tell us. We will protect your identity through any investigation in line with whistleblower protections under the Qatar Personal Data Privacy Protection Law.
Damage and theft
We carry public liability insurance up to QAR 200,000 per incident for damage caused by an on-platform professional in the course of work, underwritten by QIC International.
We have not had a confirmed theft incident since launch in 2024. If one ever occurs, we will work with the Qatar Ministry of Interior, refund any loss within our coverage, and the professional is permanently removed from the platform.
