When we refund fully and immediately
Professional no-show beyond 90 minutes of the agreed window.
Job cancelled after you booked but before a professional accepted.
Professional arrived but said the job is beyond their scope (and you did not request anything outside the original booking).
In-app payment failed and was deducted twice. The duplicate is auto-reversed within 48 hours by our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment gateway, operated by Checkout.com.
When we refund after dispute review
Work did not fix the problem. We send another professional free of charge first; if that fails too, you get a full refund.
Materials charged but never installed or used.
Damage to your property caused by the professional during the visit. Covered by our public liability insurance up to QAR 200,000 per incident, underwritten by QIC International.
When we do not refund
Work performed and accepted by you, even if you changed your mind later. The 6-month workmanship cover handles real defects.
Damage caused by pre-existing conditions you knew about (e.g. corroded pipes you asked us to ignore).
Cancellation fee of QAR 15 after a professional has accepted the job. This fee is paid to the professional in full.
How long refunds take
Cash payments: refunded to your in-app Domiraqo wallet immediately, withdrawable to any Qatari bank account, NaqdiKi, or Q-Pay wallet inside 60 minutes.
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay): 3–7 working days back to the issuing bank.
Q-Pay / NaqdiKi: 1–2 working days back to the source account.
